Mari buat perbandingan…katakan anda nak ambil pakej interest PL yg paling rendah…kalau Bank Rakyat, 3.25% utk 3 tahun…ambil amount loan RM30k…berikut adalah kira2 bagi perbandingan dengan Loan ASB (pakej CIMB) bagi tempoh tahun yg sama.

kenapa monthly payment Loan ASB lebih rendah sedangkan interest lebih tinggi dari PL?
=> interest PL adalah Fixed Rate…manakala Loan ASB adalah Monthly Rest (based on reducing balance)…disini ada penjelasan Daily rest, Monthly rest or Fixed rate?
tgk pada diatas, loan amount adalah modal bagi simpanan di ASB…sekarang ni dua-dua modal bagi simpanan di ASB adalah RM30k…maknaya dividen yg akan dapat tetap sama…tgk pada monthly payment pun tak byk beza
Jadi mana yg lebih baik?
Pada pandangan sy, bagi yg betul mempunyai hasrat utk menyimpan, adalah lebih baik ambil Loan ASB…sbb simpanan 30k tu adalah dlm bentuk sijil…anda tak boleh keluarkan selagi belum selesai tempoh loan..berbanding dgn buat PL, simpanan di ASB tu bile2 bleh kuar…takut nanti defeat the purpose anda utk menyimpan
